SHIPPING

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase! With that said, Returns Happen! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

Our general policy is 30 days with the item in it's original condition and packaging (not washed/laundered). Glance over the instructions below and give us a call.

1) Take a note of your order number and condition of item. We accept packages within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging.

2) No explanation needed, however we would love to hear your concerns. Just e-mail us and give us the order number for the item(s) being returned.

3) Place the product in the mail. When we receive the item, we will contact you and process the return on your original method of payment. We can not return the cost of shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Common FAQ's regarding returns: 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@thedapperdashery.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at shop@thedapperdashery.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
